The image on the left is a ripe field of wheat in the Palouse south of Spokane. It is an apt reminder that, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. Go!” (Luke 10:2-3) We are praying and we are going, looking for “people of peace.”(Luke 10:6) Won't you join us in regular "Luke 10:2b" prayer for harvesters? |
What is our Vision?
Spokane will be lit up and transformed!
One day the Church of Spokane will be so numerous “outside the walls” that an unbeliever will not be able to turn in any direction without bumping into the Lord Jesus Christ shining out of two or three gathered Christians. Pre-Christians will either be drawn to the Savior or run in the opposite direction. It will become hard to find an unconverted person in all of Spokane and the Inland Northwest.
In those days there will be a mighty dispersion of Gospel witnesses in apostolic teams going from the Inland Northwest to the ends of the earth to help in the harvest of many nations, more so than ever before. We will not carry a “I’ve heard it said” gospel, but we will proclaim the life-transforming message, “God has shown up here, now, with us, in Spokane. What he has done here, he will do anywhere.” Even so, Come, Lord Jesus!
Why do we exist?
Free Indeed Ministries International (FIMI) exists for the completion of the Great Commission including the transformation of our communities starting in Spokane Washington and the Inland Northwest USA and going to all the nations of the earth.
